Welcome to Timeless Frames Photography! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our photography services and website. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.
• We accept payments via [list payment methods].
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least [X] days in advance. Fees may apply.

2. Copyright & Usage Rights

• Timeless Frames Photography retains full copyright to all images.
• Clients are granted a non-commercial personal use license. You may print and share your images but may not alter, sell, or use them for business purposes without permission.
• Commercial usage requires a separate licensing agreement.

3. Image Delivery & Editing

• Images will be delivered within [X] days after the session via [digital download/USB/print package].
• All images undergo professional editing. Requests for additional edits may incur extra fees.
• Raw (unedited) images are not provided.

4. Session Policies

• Clients must arrive on time. Delays may result in a shortened session or rescheduling fees.
• Timeless Frames Photography reserves the right to refuse service due to inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or policy violations.
• Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

5. Liability & Refunds

• We are not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damages during the session.
• In the unlikely event that technical issues or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering your images, we will offer a reshoot or a refund.
• Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with artistic style or subjective preferences.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
• By booking with us, you agree that select images may be used for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
